Taylor J. Sultz - Co-Founder

Entered the real estate sector when first house was purchased at the age of 22 and first lease signed the following day. Has extensive experience in home construction including making major renovations to half a dozen homes and personally helped build over a dozen homes volunteering for Habitat for Humanity. Received a BS in Naval Architecture (Engineering) from the U.S. Naval Academy and is currently an active duty pilot in the U.S. Navy.

Christopher R. Gallardo - Co-Founder

Received a BS in Naval Architecture (Engineering) from the U.S. Naval Academy and is currently serving as part of the U.S Navy.

Derek A. Sultz - Lead Project Manager

Purchased two units at the age of 23 and have renovated them to be enjoyable accommodations. Has experience on multiple complete restorations. Received a B.S. in Marine Transportation from California Maritime Academy in 2018 and currently provides critical transportation to rural regions of Alaska.
