Entered the real estate sector when first house was purchased at the age of 22 and first lease signed the following day.  Has extensive experience in home construction including making major renovations to half a dozen homes and personally helped build over a dozen homes volunteering for Habitat for Humanity. 

Chris - Co-Founder

Derek - Lead Project Manager

Purchased two units at the age of 23 and have renovated them to be enjoyable accommodations.  Has experience on multiple complete restorations.
